KITCHEN & DINING Whip up breakfast in the upscale kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for three. When its time to eat, gather at the table set for six. BED & BATH This three-story townhome sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Rest easy in the primary bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and 48 cable TV. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and 52 smart TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed and 32 smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. A convenient half bath is located near the kitchen. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Make use of the charcoal grill, then dine alfresco on an ocean-facing balcony with table seating for six. Two additional ocean-facing balconies off the master and second bedroom are each appointed with seating for two. An outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after the beach. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix capabilities, a washer/dryer are provided. The smart TVs in the bedrooms are equipped with Roku or Fire TV. Additional perks include board games, cards, beach chairs, toys, an umbrella, and a brand-new beach tent. Parking is available for one car in the garage and one in the driveway. (The garage can only fit up to a small SUV.) LOCATION Walk just steps to the beach from this oceanfront getaway! Stroll around nearby Carolina Lake, a half-mile away. This property is great - the town house is comfortable and the location is perfect. The four bathrooms were such a luxury. The kitchen was well stocked. A couple of things to be aware of: The listing says that there is an outdoor shower, but there definitely is not. In fact, there’s no outdoor water source at all. You can see where there used to be a shower, but it’s gone. There’s a hose, but the water is not turned on so it’s not usable. We brought this up to Vacasa more than once and they said they’d send someone to fix it, but it never got resolved. The other thing to note when using Vacasa is that it’s hard to reach anyone who can actually help. When the keypad on the front door stopped working, we had to call more than once and talk to call center people who were just doing their jobs, but couldn’t really help. After several conversations over the phone and text, they finally got me connected to someone local who got it working again. But it was frustrating not to be able to call someone local directly. So: we would definitely recommend this property, but I would hesitate to go through Vacasa again.

Ideal location, amazing view, safe surrounding. Great for a family. Loved that Beach chairs were provided- one less thing to pack!

Location is great close to downtown and the Ocean grille and the Spot. House is well furnished and clean. Great view of the ocean from 2 balconies. We will definitely be back!

There was plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is nice that they have a garage with beach supplies to use. We had a great time and would book again as we love the location

My family of 4 stayed here for a week in August and while the weather was not the best we did think the location and accomodations were quite nice. Each of our children had their own room and bathroom and there was a balcony on each floor for us to enjoy. The kitchen was a decent size as was the living room and dining room. It was also nice to have a half bathroom on the main floor. For the most part the condo felt clean with the exception of a very nasty shower curtain in the master bathroom that was covered in mildew. We went and purchased a clear shower curtain to place over that as I did not want that touching my body when showering. I had read a review previously where there were comments on this so I had expected this to be taken care of by now so I was truly surprised that it had not been. Someone should really attend to this. Additionally, there is black mold on the ceiling of the master bath. Aside from that I really have no complaints. We made the most out of the weather. Having the balconies allowed us to relax and enjoy the view even if we couldn't be on the beach every day. If the owners were to clean up the bathroom I think we would return again.

We really enjoyed staying at this unit. It's very nice and comfortable. The boardwalk was within walking distance which our children enjoyed. We also enjoyed walking around the Carolina lake which was within walking distance as well. We drove a mini van and a truck. The parking was really tight. Nice family beach and would return.

Great space and close to everything. Parking can be an issue depending on what you drive or how many vehicles...do some research on parking passes and lots first.

Great location! If you go out the back door of the garage you walk right into sand and it is a few steps away from the entrance to the beach. So convenient! It is a few blocks away from the board walk. We rarely had to drive anywhere. The view from the balconies……amazing! The garage is small so we didn’t attempt to try to fit our Odyssey van in it but it was a great place to store the beach supplies, and the water hose right outside of it was nice to spray the sand off. If you don’t get the code for the garage when you get the rental info call customer service before you arrive. The code is not the same as the main door. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit looked just like the photos in the Vacasa listing. We loved the privacy three bedrooms and bathrooms allowed. We lived on the balconies when we were home. The location was great. Don't miss taking the ferry to South Port. We were there during the Azalea Festival so lucked out in seeing beautiful blooms everywhere. I would recommend this unit and location. We had a wonderful vacation. Thanks.

It isn't often that you get exactly what you expect BUT this is the one. What you see in the photo's are exactly as presented. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and seating was ampule in the common areas. One of the reasons I like setting like this vs hotel rooms is to socialize with the people I travel with. This condo met and exceeded my expectations. If you take nothing else away from this review, know that the kitchen is actually stocked with kitchen ware to prepare any meal (including a crock pot and blender). We were able to offset dining costs on this trip by eating breakfast daily and making two crock pot dinners. It gave us more money to enjoy the local experience. If I have the opportunity to return to NC I would book this condo again!

Good heat in winter. Nicely stocked kitchen. Could use a cheese grater. Floors on first floor are very cold so glad we brought slippers. They have a kcup coffee machine but it's tricky to use. They also have a regular drip and it works well. Spacious and close to town and walking distance to Italian and gourmet food store ( veggie wagon) looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful location. Very nice home. Parking is extremely tight and limited to 2 spaces. We have a large truck and it was a challenge. Beds were very comfortable. Limited closet space. Kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing a couple basics like a peeler and tea pot. Would recommend with caution on the parking which might not be an issue for average/smaller sized vehicles.

It was very hard for us to leave the house. It was really nice and very suitably furnished. But the 3!!! balconies were the best thing about this house. We will definitely come back.

This is our second time staying at this place right on Carolina Beach. We love this location because we are close to the boardwalk but we also have the lake which we jog and ride bikes around. It’s far away from the hotels so it’s not very crowded. We have plenty of space as we take a big family to spread out. The only downfall this year was the main table out on the main balcony. It was rusted pretty bad and my daughter cut her stomach on it since it was sharp. I probably should have told the property manager about that but we were just so busy relaxing and having a great time.

The views were amazing, easy access to the beach and the living spaces were very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked, although hot pads or more than one tea towel would have been safer for getting that dish out of the oven, but we made do! Also, be aware that the garage and parking stall are really small, so if your rental car is larger than expected, Vacasa is just a company, no one is going to help you, and parking is rough. We just got a form text back repeating parking instructions, no real solutions. That said, I’d do back in a heartbeat, the balconies were great for morning coffee! Highly recommend.

We loved the three (!) balconies overlooking the beach-- not only a lovely views but since they were off the bedrooms, a great way to have the beautiful sounds of the waves lulling you to sleep. Even though we visited during the off-season, because it's in a less "tourist-y" part of this quiet community, we think it would be much more peaceful even during the summer. The home itself, though not really luxurious, is nicely appointed, and the kitchen has good newer appliances and is well stocked with utensils. Another nice plus is the washer-dryer. We will definitely consider another visit in the future!

Location is amazing, oceanfront and close enough that you can crack the sliding door and be serenaded by the waves at night for awhile. Plenty of space to hangout together or have your space quietly. This beach was busier that we're used to, but still plenty of space to set up. Sunrises from the deck are to die for, I only missed 2 of the 6. Plenty of beach chairs etc...but the umbrellas and tent could use a replacement....kinda broken. If I have any issue with the unit, and it's a me thing not a them thing...get rid of the mirror wall in the dining area...lol...I find it difficult to eat while watching myself...lol. Oh, and please leave more kitchen hand towels...one for the week was tough, we ended up buying a couple extra. But please don't let my "little issues" take away from how amazing this unit is, as I would go back in a minute....and often. Oh, and the ship wreck off the coast that you can see...WOW.!
